Onion Knights well...everything. {Dissidia}

Hullo. I really need help, I need ideas on how to make the helmet, the three swords and the staff for onion knight as I'm going to achieve a whole cosplay of him, hopefully in time for armageddon expo in Welly this year.

I really just want to know what could I make them out of that they'll be durable, strong and light with?

a wooden pole could work for the base of the staff or even plastic tube, maybe clay(or possibly 3-d paint) and craft foam for the details.

That spike at the bottom... try going to the hardware store and look around for the metal (there might be plastic ones, idk) spiky things that are used at the top of gates and fences, they could work....
