I'm ashamed to admit that I tend to be more inclined towards straight couples, and my pairing ideas are rather boring.

Kyousuke (I think that's his name? It's been a while xP) x Keito from Cat Street. Love it! You can just see the chemistry there.

Oh and SebastionxMaylene. It probably wouldn't last longer than a night, but I still think Maylene should be allowed to have him just once ;]

Yeah that pairing is very popular. Evil marik with bakura is called theifshipping, i forget the name for normal marik and bakura and then theres thief king bakura

i really like seto kaiba ad mai valentine from yugioh even though nothing is cannon in the series even a romance between anzu and yugi was did not happen, it was just hinted.

My favorite would have to be kyo sohma and honda tohru from fruits basket (Furuba)

Oh i also like Haruka/Michiru (sailor uranus and neptune) because not only are they cannon they are cute together and unlike the american dub, them being lesbiani is not erased and turned into "cousins"
