Its a PC game.

Each episode contains all the previous episodes, so you only have to get Episode 4 of Umineko, as it has 1-4 inside.

Got to import it then if you want to pay for it, but the TL patch is free.

I found several after typing "umineko chiru dl" into google :\
But then again I got my copy off Bas >_>

Kiki, I can't give you any links because I have never used any of them to DL.

Secondly, as long as "Chiru" is patr of your search it can only give you Episode 5. If it comes in multiple parts, its not a problem when you extract it .__. it becomes one disc image.
