Apparently, this manga is based on a play that Suehiro Maruo(Japanese manga/illustrator) had been in, he was acting out as the guy with the bandage over his eye xD

Thats why the manga artist of Litchi Hikaru club had based its style greatly similra to Marous, especially the manga, barairo no kaibutsu.
