Well it also saves the worry about making a new forum for general NZ, when the website is finished, and the two forums competiting and whatever else people were worried about.

Kiwi Cosplay Club? Ionno, I don't like the use of the word "Kiwi" - it makes me think of tacky kiwiana tourist shops. :\

I like just "New Zealand Cosplay Forums" or "Cosplay New Zealand" - CNZ is a nice acronym.

I don't wanna use the word picnic as it's like... we do more than just have a picnic.

lol there isn't either, but then two months ago there was only a few of us outside Auckland, whereas now probably not quite but possibly in between 1/4-1/2 of us. xD

and yeah second on what you said with the names.
I was just thinking when listing the names ready for the poll, that I'd be happy with just New Zealand Cosplay Forums - basic and straight to the point.
