I can't do Sunday morning 'cause I have church....

(however if most people would prefer Sunday, I don't mind not going. I'm sure I'll hear all about this later on... ^_^)

either wait till the next-next weekend or just maybe bring it back to the 14th (weds) at 3.30pm?
gah yeah with such a large number, someone is gonna end up missing it regardless of what time/day... but yeah, we'd catch them up anyway. Put a post of what was discussed or something. No probs there.

Okay so from everyone I contacted, most seem like they can make it, some unsure, and a few can't. But yeah, I promised we'd fill in those that miss it on what we discussed.

Another overly-organised question:
Since we're forming a club, do we need to make a member list/contacts list?
So that we know how many ~~minions~~ people are with us and also so that we can get news out to everyone who isn't part of the ACP forums...

Yeap, lol I kinda began making a list of what we can discuss while I was ~~bored~~ at work today, and that was one of them ^^
we'll definitly need a contact/emailing system of sorts that's for sure.
we can't be sure that even those that are on acp aren't checking here often or info lol.
I think Wiing might set up myspace/bebo/website or the like sometime as well.

okay things to discuss/do at the meeting

1) Intros xD

2) What everyone wants from the club
~ cosplay get togethers (picnics, events)
~ cosplay photoshoots
~ sewing parties

3) How often:
~ do we want to meet up at frequent set time/dates (i.e every *insert day* or fortnightly/monthly)
~ or casual, so we contact everyone "yo lets do this then."

4) Place to hold meetings
~ if its gonna be set, where...

5) Contacts, best way to contact everyone

6) Membership
~ Do we want nicknames, official card thingies?

7) Online, so bebo/myspace or a website?
~ advertising for cosplayers who dont know we exist

8) Mascot! If we're gonna be a club we need a mascot =P
(lol 8 is a shortcut to the sunglass smilie)

Can you guys think of anything else?

Nah, just like in this organising mode after all the picnics/armageddons va dinners/cosplay games etc... which makes me compare last year... its just funny, forming a club was on my mind, but didn't know many cosplayers back then. So, after this chchgeddon everyone just popped up on forums, and then Wiing posted about wanting to form a club =D
