Videos will take days to upload.

I think the Church should be first in line for a donation for the facilities.
After that there would be not much left. So I say we keep it, even $100-200 will go easily enough to offset prizes, personal expenses occurred, club props, club music CD's, club loan cosplay outfits for newbies, the Christmas parade float, events that fail to make budget and make a loss, Hall hire during the loss of the church hall, promotional material (flyers) for use during public outings, picnic gear, etc.

It was decided to give to a charity because it was the telethon event.

Sides any money that was left over WAS NOT A HUGE AMOUNT!
There was not even $100 left Highlander.

We were discussing it, Wookie was against it though. He thought it'd be a huge hassle for a number of you folks, but hey. That's something I can look into doing. I'm in charge of hall bookings and stuff and I rent out a room slightly smaller than the ballroom each week.
