It seems to be growing quite fast at the moment. It gained a few after Geddon last year, like me, but recently even very new people are recruiting friends like mad. I doubt anybody there did not see plenty of people they did not know.

I don't think the North Island even has many clubs. Atleast not one based on the cosplay community. I know Vic Uni has an anime club, and pretty sure AUT has one too, but they are run by Universities.

Also, no one is ganging up on Lavi :/
All I can see is you taking it seriously, and everyone else having a laugh at it.

lol we do have alot of people in the club, we are like a scary cult xD
we are very conservitive like dear miss eevee said lolI rember on one of the first club outings we went to KFC in cosplay and sercurty asked us to leave, then they followed us to timezone and to the bus exchange xD twas very amausing xD

(just wanted to say, Highlander, you were a little overly harsh on Lavi there. Pura and Lavi were obviously joking around about Pura being the reason and such.Just saying you got a little bit mean there and thats not what we are all here for yea? ^_^ keep it friendly yo!! (by the way you looked awsome at the ball!))

Guys please calm down. What was said between Pura and Lavi was obviously meant as a joke. What Highlander said was uncalled for but not worth fighting about. Lavi had a very valid reason for not attending the ball. This kind of thing is not what CNZ is about and should not be going on, on these forums, not even in PMs. If you want to continue this fight, which I somehow dout you do, talke it to MSN of something.

Hey! Was that the time after CHCHgeddon last year when we met up on the Tursday? 8D? When I was there? (Ohlol, if that was one of the first outtings - then I organised that 8D;;; ). Heh, that was so funny about the security guards xDD It creeped me out how CHCH had them and not Welly xDD.

By the same token if I understand this right, not being there when it was founded, but the club does not officially exist. There are no subs, joining procedures, etc as such. It's just a group of people based around the forums.

Well it also looks like most of the initial members were from one church, and some are from others. But things are changing slowly. Strange to be asked to leave a place though.

L: What I meant by conservative is like we are not as into sexual innuendo, and even bad language, revealing cosplays, etc., not that we dress conservative vs the rest of society. But then youth group people are often like that, a bit loud and energetic, used to acting outside the norm, but keep things clean. Like I say I don't know what an actual meet anywhere else is like. Although DnDn was a bit of an experience.

Pura: We need security guards, the youth gangs were taking over the bus exchange a few years back.

And guys sorry I offended you. I see Lavi thought I was serious and he wasn't. It's hard to know these things online. But I didn't really appreciate the being called a sugar honey iced tea. I didn't think I said anything really bad?

Well again I was not there at the start. But when I joined CCC, at my first events it seemed like half the people were from the Oxford Baptist Youth Group.

lol acctualy thats not the case though you would think so!
I belive its only 3 (ish) members who are part of that church
the rest of us are parts of other churches, or like me and Wiing we arn't part of a church at all lol

@Highlander-- The original originals from when the idea of a club was first conceived are Angie and I, plus a few others who have since left the club.
