I've done the poster drop around town before, I know who'll take em and who wont Very Happy

And I wont hide em in Border this time, coz there is now a reputation to uphold.

ALSO - WHO GOES TO MASSEY? I'm talking Wellington, but Palmy might do...we want to get some posters up at universities around Wellington. I've talked to some people about VUWSA, but as I am now officially excommunicated from Massey down here I will need a current student to get shouty on my behalf. Any volunteers?

There are unregulated poster boards all over the show at Vic, I'll shove some up there too. And I'll try to find the people at Salient - they might shove some advertising in. Might have to pay - I'll nab a quote.

I shall cross "sleep" off my list of things to do. Oh well.

Lol, just emailed Salient (Magneto too!) - but yes, PLEASE! Talk to them! Also, that's awesome that they're unregulated...the ones at Massey are watched like babies near a simming pool.

Wow, okay...Salient are incredibly expensive. If I can afford it, and if we need more exposure, I'll run an ad with them personally closer to the time, but wow. WOW. I hate students. -_____-;;

Tails - I'm not sure if they're being sent out or not. We've got them printed out but fear not if they aren't - We shall have our list at the door and your tickets will be there waiting for you. ^_^

OK, as Keysha said, the tickets are printed.

I'm just compiling a list of email/postal addresses for people now, and then we'll send out an email to see who wants theirs posted, and who wants to collect them on the door.

People who have pre-purchased tickets will also receive a free program on the door.
People who buy door tickets will also be able to purchase a program for a gold coin donation.

So yet another reason to pre-purchase. :)

Also sorry to everyone who's bought tickets recently and I haven't sent you a confirmation email, we've had quite a lot going on with the leadup to the ball.

I have sent in two forms, one for me, and one for keysha-chan. Total amount that has been deposited via internet banking is $70.00

I am not fussed about having the ticket posted, just have it at the door for me.

Hey guys, all the tickets are done and ready now, but given it's running into the last week post may be an issue.

Anyone who definitely wants their ticket posted please email spcc@cosplay.org.nz ASAP and we'll get it out to you. If you're Wellington based and would like to pick it up, likewise email us aswell. The tickets look pretty awesome, so it'd kinda be a shame not to get them out to people before hand.

Also please get your ticket purchases through ASAP. I've also emailed to people who filled in the form and entered 'Cash' as their payment method. Filling in the form does not constitute purchasing a ticket, unless we actually get your payment to us before the ball you may end up having to pay the door price.

If you'd like to make your purchases in person I'm fine with people stopping by to visit me at work - Jarden Mile, Ngauranga, but if you're planning on doing this let me know so I can take a few to work with me.

Yes you get to keep the tickets - although they will have a hole punched in them as you enter. Razz

Also just to clarify, all $30 tickets have now been sold out.

Pre-sales are HIGHLY encouraged, it's hard to organise if you don't know how many people you're dealing with. Hence the indication the door sale price will be higher.
