Mandie - dress is no where near finished. Having a few troubles with it. Will keep plodding on and get up early saturday to finish. I'm determined to get it done though.

That sucks, hope you can come! I'm no where near ready - have almost given up sewing my stupid costume - so many things have gone wrong on it! Nothing I haven't been able to fix but it's lowered my sewing confidence quite a lot and this plus horrible days at work has left me feeling very low and frustrated about things.

Well I've already had to unpick 2 seams in my shirt. But I'm almost there, hem the bottom and put in sleeves for the shirt, then cut/make 2 easy skirts and then the sash thingy to make (if I can get it done in time...). I think I'll be up earlyish tomorrow.
