Oh, and I finished Desert Spear (the sequel to the painted man)- that was awesome!!! Better than the first.

At least the series is finishing soon.

Right now I'm reading, and loving, The Passage by Justin Cronin. It's being touted as the next big vampire book and I can see why. The book is isnanely well written which is a big plus for me as someone that couldn't get into Meyer, Smith, Harris and Hamilton because of the terrible prose.

Read Airman by Eoin Colfer recently, it's pretty good - a decently distracting narrative filled with steampunky goodness.

For people who prefer a more mature book, I recommend Plugged, also by Eoin Colfer. It's considerably different from his usual fair, being a realistic adult crime novel, but he still manages to imbue it with his usual eccentric writing style. The result is highly entertaining.

Game of Thrones - George R. R. Martin. Yes, I did start to read it because of watching the series. I'm enjoying it though, with all of the extra information and the different narratives.

And I'm about to start Skulduggery Pleasant: Death Bringer - Derek Landy. /high-fives Regal.
I'm looking forward to it though I haven't read the series for ages so I'm worried about what I might have forgotten :T

So who here is excited about the Inheritance book being released (the last one of Eragon) due to come out very soon? I'm reading through Brisingr right now to recap, even though I've probably read it about 4 times already. I should know the insides of the book fairly well ^_^.
