we could have city compeitions (well where each city is competiting against other cities!)

X3, you cuold have an overall one and pick winners for each city and then make them all battle to the same song.

Only I don't have access to a capable PC all that often. << Mainly only around Xmas. I do have one that I created for fun that I could enter~ If that's allowed.
