Yup. Theres a mixtue of both.... As well as one or two white hair ones... Which is just creepy. And I'm pretty sure one of the people had a wig that was blue on one side and purple on the other.

I think in one episode meowth said "Don't worry that pretty little blue head of yours" and James said "It's not blue it's lavender!"

I think you'd need to get maybe a light lavender wig and custom colour it with sharpies.

I have to say purple sometimes it is very blue(animators being picky or lazy?) but most of the time i would say its purple

It's always been purple to me, the fact James doesn't act like a guy at all has always helped secure the idea that it wasn''t supposed to be pink hair (Jessie) for girls and blue for boys in my head

It's a very blue purple/very purple blue.
Kinda this colour: ████ (blue-violet) or this colour: ████ (electric indigo) or maybe even this colour: ████ (medium purple) (Yay hex codes!)

I'd go with the last one (medium purple)

I always saw his hair as more purple than blue XD
