Good... My autosystem informs me that it's officially morning at home, so good morning it is then.
I'm Bakaknight, known occasionally as Amemait, and more often as JK. I'm currently in Canada - this will change by the end of the yearm when I finally come home.
I'm one of the moderators for the livejournal branch of the Wellington Cosplayers' Picnic, for those wondering where they'd seen my name before. I have an abiding interest in webcomics, blogging, manga and anime, law enforcement and legal things in general, sunglasses, and converse shoes.

I reckon that's about all that needs to be said, really.

Okay.
Marijuana could be legalised, but only within the context of it being used purely in a hospital-type setting for the control of severe and/or crippling pain, and used only under supervision. A controlled drug. Beyond that, I don't agree with it - I know what it does to people, and nor do I personally agree with the decriminalisation of marijuana.
For non-violent criminals, my answer will be greatly different depending on what it was in the first place. I'm not going to put a tagger into the same category as a fraud artist.

I've never seen marijuana do anything worse than alcohol does to people, except in my view people are more tolerable after smoking. Also, marijuana could be taxed, and help any government that legalize it. Though it can be easily grown so not that many people will buy it, of course people do get lazy.

With violent crims: true true.
