Ingame, they'll act differently to the actor for their gender.

It was fast because it was a one shot without any editing. So you want Bill from left 4 dead and a cosplayer?? I will see what I can do about cleaning out the background noise and putting a filter on it to sound neater. Do you have a sound editing programme that accepts project files?? If so i can throw you whole charecters dialouge in one file and it will make it esier to manage and for you to cut down as you see fit

Anyone good with French Accent but still speak with english?

The original game has to wait now and this other one im working on might need actors :)

Ima add characters and details later(still need to create a whole cast D:)

Do it in your own time, dude. It will help, but the hell, I quite simply could the base of a character out of It made (or this is male?) Is French. Which age it is perhaps useful if.
