I'm surprised it took this long for a thread about this game.
I'm more interested in 358/2 days (Pronounced 3 5 8 days over 2 according to the interwebs)
But it looks okay i suppose xD

also, i'm annoyed that what squeenix seems to be doing with kh is catering to all the fangirls. khii was not what i expected. ):

KHII was great in my mind, while there was some fangirl material naturallly, it was solid. Perhaps more so first one.

This game in my mind looks amazing for a PSP game, means I have to update my customfirmware i guess. But the whole story for it does seem a little silly, and just an excuse to use roxas....but not roxas. And to make the whole story alot more confusing. Also leaves me curious to what disney worlds there are gonna be as you can't really see any in said trailer..

Yea it surprised me about the time it took for a thread.. hence why I made one instead.

I agree, for someone who waited patiently for KH2 it was an utter disapointment. No real plot was there, i mean yes, there was a small plot but all together it felt shallow. And yes I did play CoM, in fact i own it on gba.

All Squarenix does it cater to the fangirls these days, coming from a long time FF (Playing it since the 1st one came out) and KH fan, and a guy, its really annoying. Plus I know they have this thing on modelling the main characters after Gackt but i wanna play a game with an actual male lead.

Back on topic though, I fear that this game wont be anything spectacular. For starters, it's an un-needed prequel, why can't they just focus on KH3 to make it waaaay better than 2. And 2nd from what ive briefly read, donald and goofy are involved in this one too (I dont want to spoil anything for myself by looking into it too much so correct me if I'm wrong) so are they going to conveniently lose their memories like they do at the end of CoM/Beginning of KH2 because remember that in KH1 they don't know squat about anything and obviously they'l learn things from this prequel due to the events that will happen, but for some reason they are not going to remember because that would seem to me like cheap writing and story telling to me.

Edit: Just watched the Trailer in the link given hin this thread, kinda annoying frame thingy, would have prefered a full screen trailer but whatever. Why does this look like it has nothing to do with the 1st KH? I mean you never hear of any of those characters in the source game and such. Thats what gets to me about prequel games in general, if they weren't there you're not missing anything hence removing any real reason to play it other then fan service.

I'm looking forward to it... But that's probably just because it's looking a tad darker than the main series KH games, and 'cause it looks like we're finally gonna find out who Xehanort was before he lost his memories!!

What about Kairi falling in love with a goof like Sora instead of handsome Riku ? ( love you Sora but you know what I mean xd )

It can't be less shallow than those video games that show females with huge breasts super model skinny and wear hardly nothing..

I mean come on, at least Leon and Cloud know how to wear a decent amount of clothing and just don't walk around almost topless showing off their abs ~

But at least you should know how women feel when watching most music videos and playing other video games.

I'm looking forwards to it, the secret ending of KHII FM+ just looks plain awesome.
Plus I wanna know how terra and sora go with each other, they must have a link.
Looks cool, and apparently has a large part in KH3

Watching the actual gameplay videos for this makes me more excited. I'm personally looking forward to this more than the DS one (which would be my only reason for getting a DS so right now I'd rather just watch the cutscenes on youtube. Don't get me wrong, I love the organization but not enough to buy a console and a game just for them).

The gameplay menu and such looks very similar to the KH console games. I've been playing RE:CoM on the PS2 recently and the card-system isn't really something I'm very fond of. I don't know how the GBA players managed it all on such a tiny screen! XD

And yay, lots of Disney! That was my whole reason for getting into the original KH game.

(Bu...But where is Aqua in that trailer? D: )
