It was such a good game(at that time) and i wish the people who made it, didnt drop it and sell themselves as hookers. sad

It's a pity that allot of people though it was an FF ripoff, they were sadly mistaken, FF creates ignorance in RPG gamers, don't get sucked in!

OMG ME. It's like, my favourite game for the PS1 nearly sort-of. XD
I have it, and have played it about ten times since I was about 10. ^-^;

It's funny, 'cause I played it before I'd even heard of Final Fantasy - so when I played my first FF game I was all like "Heyyyy!! These guys are just copying the attacks from Legend of Dragoon!" XD

Hehe kind of thought that too, but the other way around played Final Fantasy first and saw the hero telling a story of how his family was killed in a fire ..

and thought 'Omg they are ripping off Cloud's past.. '' -____-''

LOL! Oh yeah - I totally forgot about that whole village-burning thing.
But then, having your hometown attacked and burned to the ground or mauled in some other macabre way is a common back-story with a lot of characters, so I suppose you can't really say they were copying each other. ^-^;

I was mainly irked about the whole ..."Diamond Dust" thing, being the Shiva summons' main attack, whereas it's actually one of Meru's attacks in Dragoon form.

But this was all before I realised they were created by the same people. XD

This game was made by SquareSoft ? thought it was made by a different company ??

Nah, pretty certain it's made by square. I'm not sure if it's Squaresoft or Square Enix, but yeah. Same thing. XD
If it was another company, they'dve probably gotten sued for all the copy-cat-ing. XD

Ummm, it wasn't square, The Legend of Dragoon was developed and published by Sony Computer Entertainment.

And to say they would be sued, FF did not create the staples it has used as its core elements of gameplay over the years. As of late I've been rather disapointed of squarenix with their releases.
