Best evil anime laugh?

I AM BORED. Oh so bored.
Anyway...
I've just been watching Black Cat (in Japanese) and have become completely obsessed with Creed's evil i-love-Train-so-Im-going-to-kill-everything laugh.
So I was wondering, who do you think has the best evil laugh? Or who has the worst?
And does anyone else find themselves grinning along with these people, or is that just me...?
My current favourites are Grimmjow and Creed. xD

Anyone who laughs maniacally in Higurashi has awesome laughs~. Go watch the Higurshi Laugh Collection on Youtube. It's epic.

Shmion [i can't remember if it was shion or mion XD] has the epicestestes laugh EVER. From Higurashi. But all the voice actors from that anime can laugh pretty well. 8D;

Ah the only one I can seem to think of right now, that really stands out is Aion from Chrono Crusade..

Pretty sure he lets out a pretty kooky/sychopathic evil laugh somewhere in the anime...
