Hi,
I saw a group of cosplayers at Auckgeddon 08 and though "these guys rock" and "I don't have the guts to do something like this!" But have thought a bit more bout it, and decided to check this website and see what kind of community you've got goin on.
Who knows, one day I might get the courage to cosplay myself.... if I only had a heart!

I only cosplayed for the first time this year aswell. It's a good group of people on here.

Try and find the courage to cosplay, it makes armageddon a lot more fun =P
Its kinda the main reason why quite a few of us go to armageddon in the first place ^^;
We got jp cosplaying, I'm sure we can convince you to cosplay too ;)

Thanks for all the welcomes! (? Is "welcomes" even a word?).
Anyway, I have now committed myself to cosplay Rude from FF7
next year at Auckgeddon. I'm starting kinda slow, nothin too demanding in terms of costume, but will look at Advent Children again to get a feel for his character.
Wow, I browsed through some of the recommended links, on cosplay ettiquite. I hadn't realised how in-depth this is.
