events in summer holidays

all of chch, over summer all my flatmates are going back home but not me, and so i will have a big empty house so if someone is looking for a place to hold a event....just let me know in lots of time.

yeah, i am going home just for a week over Christmas so am leaving about Dec 20th but any time before then is fine.
