SLAS15 Gaming Lan Postponed

I dunno if I missed it but are you allowed to do a late minute decide on day to come? Or do you need prior notice - which would explain the sign up thing right?

Hey Aura, that is fine! The sign ups is just so Will has a rough idea who is coming and so that people coming for the whole time can get their bottle of coke ^_^' just put your name down and come ~~on friday evening~~ whenever you like!

Yay amber will be able to come for friday night to saturday morning. Also i might be a lil bit late due to work finishing at 9 unless i can get it off

Hi Everyone.

I've been under quite a heavy workload this week and the last few weeks, I'm working 40+ hours a week this school holidays, and I also have to prepare for going up to Auckland in 2 weeks.

This plus some other circumstances and quite a few of the regular lan attendees/admins being unable to make it, has left me with the decision to postpone SLAS15 until Mid-November/December.

Instead of SLAS15, we will be having a Games/Video night at my house, from 5pm on Friday till late.

During this we will continue the Avatar Marathon that we started last week, finishing off the remaining episodes, and play some console games as well.

My apologies to everyone who was looking forward to this and those who have made plans.

Thankyou for all the interest in this event and I look forward to seeing you all at the next lan!

No need to apologise man- you're not obligated to organise these things for us lucky ducks. xD

I think I (and brother) will have to pass however; the final series of Avatar was shown on Nick just the other week so we've seen all the episodes that'll be playing really recently. xD;; It was super good though! "Epic" gets thrown around a lot but it seriously, seriously was.
