[Buyer] Wanted: Custom weapon design

I am looking for someone to make me a custom design weapon with a wooden handle about 3ft long and dark brown (paint or stain), topped with a 3-ft-ish metal-looking spear-head. I don't really care what the spear-head is made of so long as it can be custom-shaped and painted to look like metal (cardboard, light wood, sculpey, plastic, it's all good).

I will provide images of the weapon to anyone who pms me. My ideal price range would be under $100 including shipping to Hawkes Bay (because I'm a broke invalids beneficiary), unless you happen to be local. Part payment up front, the rest on completion.

The basic shape will be a spear, but I would like it to be detachable in the center (the metal-looking half to be removed from the wooden shaft) for easy shipping and storage, but not so easy that it comes apart at the drop of a hat. Weight is also a factor, I won't be able to hold anything too heavy for long periods.

I won't need it until the end of April, it's for Wellington Armageddon.

Sounds pretty easy. Depending on the design. If weight is a factor then would PVC be acceptable for the handle?
