Haha when I got up there I was like WHAT DO I DO UHHHH SHOOT GUN. GUN. WHAT IS A GUN. WHERE AM I. And then.... That happened. Oh god, I will never live that down. Ever. Everrrr. (But secretly I don't mind hahahahah)

Yay <3 I'll keep following progress and we'll see what happens ^_^ I didn't get any photos Monday so it'd be nice to bring it to a shoot or something.

Today was Halloween making costume day. I begun this on Mon night when I dyed the wig and the proceeded to ignore the fact I had to do things.
Cosplay is of Morgiana from Magi in what she wears in eps 2/3

Okay, I've begun work on massive-cosplay-that-I-have-wanted-to-do-forever.costume and thought I'd do an update with progress

and this is my progress on it so far. This is my first time making armour so I've kinda just been winging it but I think I've got the hang of it (I do have a massive tutorial folder on my harddrive but I'd rather teach myself than learn from something).

Looks awesome PI! What heating method did you use for your craft foam? Also what adhesive are you using to stick you pieces together with?

Just a hair dryer and holding it over each piece for ages, I need to invest in a heat gun or something before I begin tackling the wings. I'm using Craftworks Craft Superglue (which is really cheap but works really well) and the using wood strength pva glue to stick the fabric to the craft foam. I could probably use normal pva but there was a big bottle of it in the cupboard already and I figured 'why not?'

Morgiana-Magi (what she is currently wearing in the anime)

I'm bored so update time I guess.
Since my last post I have completed and shot Fushimi Saruhiko from K and Morgiana's new new outfit in the Magi anime.

I have made a bit of progress on Sinon but I haven't a progress shot of the costume as I'm trying to pretend it doesn't exist so have some progress on her sniper rifle, Hecate II (which I still need to learn how to hold/anything about apart from how it looks).

Annnd my wig for Akane from Vividred which I will be half daying at chch so I don't end up dumping my gun in a trash can once I get sick of carrying it. I've made her booty shorts too but my sewing machine is throwing a hissy fit right now so progress has been halted on anything further.

Yeah I agree, the rifle is looking wicked. The booty shorts are very... bootyilishous, Mor looks beyond wicked, and go Nessa for being a lil pro photographer!!!

Thank you! He's a bit heavy about 2kg or so. I can see myself getting sick of him rather fast.

Thanks. Well the show she's from is known as Strike Witches 2.0 for a reason ahaha. Nessa was a fab photographer and it was a really fun shoot (the sand was really hot though, really really hot).

I just did a count up and including old ones that I am slightly embarrassed of, 30.
24 if you just count the ones that I would ever wear again.

That's because sometimes their length is hidden by chubby thighs.

Update on my rifle, almost done with this thing, he needs another coat of paint and that's sbout it. Please excuse the fact he's got his front legs on in the standing pic, I couldn't be bothered taking them off only to reattach them for painting.

...All of my costumes? That would take days ahaha.
But yes I am def keen to do a shoot with multiple costumes (that use the same make-up) when you next come down.
