Welp Wellington is over! I went as Daphne from Mystery inc on Saturday and Mugi from K-on! on Sunday. Sadly both me and LAvi were feeling really unwell on the Monday so no AnoHana yet, maybe at Auck hopefully (:

And I have since started work on my next cosplay, Kobato from the manga by CLAMP! Base dress is done, currently working on painting it and then sewing on bias tape and lining it. I had a look in Arthur Toye but couldn't find anything remotely close for the coat, so I'm going to have to have a go at patterning it myself.

Spoiler:

The bodice is very slightly modified from a commercial dress pattern, and the skirt portion is just a half circle skirt that I sketched out myself.

Boop boop progress!
Decided to make Madoka, Hanako, and Kobato for auck geddon! Finished Madoka's petticoat this weekend~

That Kobato dress painting is absolutely amazing!! It looks so professional with all of your clean edges. I hope you are very proud of that dress because it's beautiful C:

Made Hanako's skirt~ (from Katawa Shoujo) I've made it so I can wear it lower/higher in case I end up wanting to cosplay one of the other characters (Lillyyyy mah waifu <3)
