I'm a Japanese student who loves anime & manga, such as Gundam, Vocaloid, Touhou, Moe and so on!

I have lived in North Shore Auckland for 1 month.

I really want to get Otaku friends here improving my English! and I wish I try to cosplay!

I'm studying English in ELA(English Language Academy of Auckland) to enter the University of Auckland.
but there has no Otaku~~~ Mad

You should join the University of Auckland Cosplay Club Very Happy

I'm a member there and you dont have to go to University to join. There are plenty of Otaku in the club and we have fun cosplay events :) Do you have facebook?

I would like to learn Japanese though I am a slow learner with new languages. I read a lot of subtitles when watching anime. I am happy to teach you English too! :)

and that's all I can think of today on this fine Christmas afternoon where I am 5 hours behind in terms of time <3

I can help teach you English and my Japanese is somewhat fluent, as well as a whole base of uh anime, manga, seiyuu, drama (gotten addicted to Kamen Rider Den-O latelt) and lots of fandoms I follow. So yes ... I am an otaku ahaha

Oh and I love cosplaying Touhou Project as well (as you can see in my avatar)~

I'm a HUGE fan of Gintama.

Hope to meet you when I get back~ (in February).

I like Den-O too! I have completed all titles and movies! I always sing "climax jump" whenever I go to karaoke!

Touhou is one of my favorite. Sometimes I draw Touhou characters. my best favorite is Suika!

Alan here, not taking Japanese at University but I know enough anyway Very Happy

Auckland Uni Cosplay Club should have sign-ups when university starts end of Feburary.
Auckland uni also has a Japanese Society with a language exchange buddy programme, but I need to ask friends for more information.
