I'm keen on the 28th as that's when the Pople sisters can come too(not sure if they saw the poll, but I think that Sunday would probably do too, no reason it can't be a Sunday really.

If a table is too bulky to carry, we could have a communal food blanket? ^^

Then everyone can put their blankets around it and indulge in fooood

Blankets is probably easier but table would be neater~
I think Yucheng, cosplay club leader, has a folding table from course and careers day so I could ask him to bring that table as well Very Happy

(at the moment it looks like the 28th has the most amount of people who can come?)

Unless we all bring some plates and everyone fills their plate with food. I quite like the food blanket idea :PPP

The table would probably only fit all the food. That way people can get the food they want from the table, like a buffet.

It sounds like a good idea since a lot of people are either coming on the 21st or 28th. But depending on what's happening at the picnic, it might be a lot of planning :<

Date: Proposed date is fine for me. Any day is fine for me. If it is a Mon, Tues, Wed or Sat, I will need to know two weeks before so I can get the day off. (And by then I shall have my restricted and be 18 so I can do whatever I want Very Happy

).

Location: I am fine with any place

Games: I am up for any games. I am certain I can help think of some games

Food: I shall bringing chocolatte cupcakes with caramel inside XD
