16th meetup~

Okies, I know the forum is quietish xD but ah well, I said I'd create a thread so here it is =P
As some of you know, scavenger hunt has to be postponed, sooooo, does anyone have any ideas on what we could do instead?

the only idea I have is photoshoot and random walk/games at hagely park (or somewhere)
so yes any ideas shoot them please~ ^^

Bah, it has occured to me that I probably won't want to come to this meeting, as antisocial as this might sound, I'm housesitting at a really really really nice place for the weekend and thus want to spend as much time as possible there Suspect

I thought about a picnic, but then we're gonna have one the next weekend... I guess everyone could bring something small for a mini picnic... or maybe just afternoon tea?

I suppose we could test out the greenscreen at the same time, eh maybe not iunno =P

Do we want to have a meetup?
Aside from photos in the park and games will wing on the day there's nothing else planned, and also I know a few who can't make it either, and also with the camp being the weekend after... which I should spend that day preparing for lol xD.
the only problem is those that want to pay for the camp by cash to me~

we dont have to meet up, i mean the CCP is something just around the corner, and most people would probably rather work on their costumes or do other stuff so that they do have the next weekend free?

Well that was my thoughts, though like I said some wanted to... when I talked about it at the party, Pseudonym being one of them LOL Razz

though still... the moneys, those that want to pay cash (some of which who haven't visited this thread yet hahah) do you mind doing bank instead or post or something?

*I thought it might be a good idea/chance to touch base with people in person before the camp, but you're right about spending the time doing other things costume/organising, ahhh it's so close Shocked

Heh, yeah only 11 days away. They better not screw up my airfare. I haven't used Pacific Blue before, but that's only for the return trip, so hopefully there's no hiccups otherwise I'll just end up stranded in Chch for a bit. :p

No, we were talking about CCPC, if you're coming and staying the night its $5, thats to help pay for hiring the hall and things. (see the thread: http://forum.cosplay.co.nz/ccpc-christchurch-cosplay-picnic-camp-f41/important-ccpc-info-updated-7-8-t1124.htm )

Some people want to pay by cash so if we have a meetup on the 16th they can... otherwise they'd have to pay by bank deposit.

And yeah, well do you guys wanna have a meetup...?
This meeting is an unofficial one cause it isn't thoughly planned or anything, fact I'm thinking we just meet outside the museum then decide what we want to do: shop, hagley park, timezone (or timeout ICAN'TREMEMBERWHICHONEITSCALLED.)

and oh yeah jp, well every time I've gone to Auck/Welly I've used Pacific Blue for going and/or coming and its always been fine for me =3

Sweet, Yeah, I usually fly AirNZ, but this time round I'm going down with AirNZ and back with Pacific Blue since that was the way the fares worked out. Both 6.30am flights, so I can see them being long days. lol.

Bowling sounds like a good idea, since the weather has been quite Unpredictable . It would be wiser to save the walk around Hagley till Spring ?

Though wouldn't Bowling rip people's uniforms if they wear long cloaks ?
