UraBoku, anyone? Sorry if there's already a thread x-x

I finished Season 1 of the anime the other day, I must say I'm... disappointed, at the very least. I'm really hoping there'll be a second season, I'm contemplating whether or not I should read the manga, if it's different from the anime.

What did others think of the ending~?

yup, disappointing. I remember gaping at the screen going "That's it?!."

I haven't read the manga apart from the first couple of chapters so I can't say that it's any better. But a friend of mine says it's a billion times better so I guess the story goes on?

At ep 23 I was going "ahh this is pretty good build-up, can't wait to see what happens to Reiga"... then I realized that was the climax X_X

From what I've seen, apparently the manga's not much different, other than there's a little more character development... and there's only 18 chapters so I can't imagine much more to happen... maybe o 3o

Thing is, according to bakamangaupdates, the manga is up to 8 volumes and still going over in Japan. So I guess that means that it goes on?

haha the 'uraboku ending syndrome' I was half believing that the creators had hidden the rest somewhere at the end.

It was just awkward to end there after all, it seemed as if they hadn't paced it well enough D:

I went through the chapters available but it doesn't really get very far...
