It sort of sounds like you can pick a story path to follow and find out extra info about certain characters.. and animation?

I'm somewhat disappointed too. I had hoped it would be a small novel from the point of view of someone like Fleur or Viktor but owell.

While I'm confused about how the website/community thing will work I am so very much looking forward to finding out extra, unreleased info from Rowling.

I was hoping for a prequel from James and Lilly's day.

D: I would kill for short novels about other characters. But to be honest, some fanfiction makes me disappointed in the lack of depth in the books already. //shot. LIGHTNING ON THE WIND IS EVIL.

Reading that article I understand what it is a lot more and am quite excited about it. 18,000 extra words spread over 7 books may not be a lot but it's still quite significant and the rpg type aspect with being sorted into houses and wand selection all sounds fun.
