Cardcaptors and DBZ were my first anime.

Later I got into manga, The Devil Does Exist was my first.

My first real anime was Vampire Knight.

I think I actually have them on my computer...

EDIT: Oh, if you don't count Cardcaptors. I used to get so immersed in it, actually. Hmm. I'll download it.

I guess then, Elfen Lied was my first anime if you don't include Cardcaptors. I never thought DBZ as anime really.

Back then it was just another obsession along with Pokemon.

First Anime was Pokemon, I can remember waking up every morning at 7am to watch Ash Mitsy and the likes, oh how i miss the original gang.
My first anime actually realizing it was an anime was, hmmm, Naruto maybe.
My first manga would be Death Note

Huh. My first proper anime that wasn't DBZ or Pokemon was Ayashi no Ceres and Vandread. I don't know what came first. They were both on the same channel ~~and both introduced me to the concept of hentai~~. AHEM.

First manga is actually Doraemon. 8D I had Indonesian translations at home. It was COOOL.

First anime was probably Pokemon, Digimon or Hamtaro, whichever came first. I really don't remember. x_X I was also pretty into CCS when they started airing it back home.

First anime that got the ball rolling for me was Ayashi no Ceres when I was about fourteen, which one of my classmates forced me to watch lol >_>; After which another classmate intro'd me to the Yami no Matsuei anime, which also was the first manga I read (and collected ahuhu).

Well did watch bits of DB and Pokemon but didn't know they were anime. Wasnt that obsessed either. So going to have to say Bleach cause avatar int a really an anime.

definalty cardcaptors was my first love of anime
though i also clearly remember growing up with dragonball and sailor moon

the first anime i actually bought was either Nightwalker or final fantasy unlimited
my memory is vague on that Surprised
