oh dear oh dear, I used to play runescape, I was a player mod and everything, I had 98 firemaking when I got perm banned sad

To be fair, Runescape at one point didn't totally suck for what it was. I think most people went through a Runescape phase- it's like the first time you ride a bike or get caught bunking. Just a part of growing up. *tear

None. T_T I would, but being on a mac limits my options severely, and as cool as WoW is, pay to play is kind of a waste of money, IMHO. :S I'd love to play Jak X online, but no one else is ever online. T_T

but but but, I played when I was old enough to know not to,... Hah my father also played though, so so much for rolemodels.

Well, it is an MMORPG after all, so all addictiveness and misjudgment caused thereof the can be blamed on that. xD Why else do people shell out so much for MapleStory and WoW?

Yeah I was lucky and skipped the Runescape phase, and instead got addicted to Neopets, and then Maple Story. x__X

I agree with Katie, I would never pay for those games. I've spent my time playing them, and grinding, and grinding, and grinding... and I've come to realise paying for the privilege of grinding, and grinding, and grinding, and a expensive chat-room isn't worth it Razz

So do I- I spent so much of my childhood on there as did Windmill. xD It wasn't all that bad, it taught me a bit of coding and it helped me want to improve at drawing.

Fortunately my attention span is so small that I couldn't play Maple for a long time even if I wanted to.

Neopets was my life for 2 whole years. I swear.

But i love Conquer Online. Seriously, its addictive. I was going to play Maple, but had a friend that played Conquer so joined that instead.

And i never went through the whole runecape phase. Im so glad i escaped it :'D

Oooh, I remember Neopets! I tried to get back into it recently too, only it was too much trouble...
I started Dofus as well, but got bored very quickly. I hate having to slog through games. That being said, I love game type sites.

Currently playing at Majestica though. And trying my hardest to stay active. :)

I had a Runescape phase, got bored after I did all quests and adventured that world -_- I played Maple Story which I loved! But suddenly it would work on my computer -_-' I didn't even get to level up high and adventure the whole place :evil: *cries*

haha i didnt skip the rune scape phase infact i started playing shortly after it came out (back when you got to choose a class) and i did neo pets and gaia i did skip maple story thou but *sighs* im a real addict and have moved onto the harder stuff like gaming crack

Ahaha, neopets was my life for about three or four years xD; It's sad what's happened to the place now.
Subeta, AMZ, Gaiaonline, Pokemon Indigo, Runescape, MapleStory, Ragnarok Online, Lineage II, amongst others... I have tried a slew of online multiplayer games and MMORPGs. ;;;; Most didn't last.

My life was ruled by Ragnarok Online for a couple of years. Every day at school it was like 'I wanna play RO'. Even now I still have random urges to play it. The only reason I stopped playing was coz the server I was on died..
Thesedays I kinda play Gaia and Neopets, mostly just for the sake of it.
If I could afford it, I'd play WoW too. I miss my nightelf. T___T

I've played most free MMORPGs, but my main ones were Maple Story, Flyff, RF Online & ArchLord. Oh, and pay to play games really are no different than free mmorpgs. My Runescape phase was like, wooah. I had like 90 woodcutting or something, but I was never a member.
