personally i would say Goku wins...

Yeah but it takes like fifteen episodes for him to even power up. Superman would deck him before he even got a chance.

Iseewhatyoudidthere. But this isn't done in episodes just there and now. I reckon that they would end up both diying as a result but then Goku could be resurected via the dragon balls so I guess Goku wins

Initially I was going to say Superman, unequivocally.

But on consideration, the Man of Steel relies on our sun.
What if they fought on another planet that had a red sun or some other alternative?
Then I would lean towards Goku- he actually knows how to fight, whereas Superman
relies on his powers too much.

Ultimately.... Batman could take them both.
