@PI - same boat on that one, i can stop having energy drinks in the morning, but i find i work SOOOOO much better when i've had one.

In other news, scratchy throat, hope i'm not coming down with something, and still far too much stuff to sort out at work. Followed by two staff having a week off each, one after the other. ;(

Generally cameras that are $80 deff. won't have changeable shutter speed and aperture. The ones that price are meant for basic photos, not actual photography. I got a $500 camera because it was the cheapest one that had changeable shutter speed and aperture. I think the model is cheaper now though. Like $250-300?

Lawl, we used to have 10gigs, then Telstra Clear rang us up asking if we wanted to change to 20gigs becuase we ALWAYS went over, so it would be cheaper. And then they told us we were automatically changing to 30gigs for the price of 20gigs. And then they changed it to 40gigs without telling us, and it's still the same price as that 20gigs |D

@Cassey, how rich are you feeling. Thinking of selling mine old one for about $250. And I see similar prices going on trademe. These are slightly older models but the current models are worth $800. However I am sure cheaper cameras can do shutter and aperture too. In fact look at cannons. I think most of their cameras have been hacked so much that they gave up and enabled all the features they possibly can on all their cameras, all the way down to their $135 model.

Rant: So I went to my Doctor on Wednesday for a check up and new prescription for the pill etc. Seeing as I've been eating healthy and exercising these past 3 weeks or so (Actually, nearly a month now), I got my weight checked, it's still the same. stare

This confused me because I have definitely been looking slimmer and more toned since I started this, I was told that it was probably inches that I have been losing, okay, that makes sense. Here's the annoying part, according to my Doctor, it could be another 2 - 3 months before I start dropping actual kilos. ARGH, WHY SO LONG?! ;A; Dammit so I have to keep doing this for a few more months yet, grrrr. stare

I guess it's okay, I'm looking a lot better than what I did before I started doing this, I'm happier with my body as it looks better now and that's what counts. Smile

I'll just have to keep at it I suppose. *Dies* x_x

^ You're probably gaining muscle tone as you're losing fat. Muscle tone weighs more than fat, so the more muscle you get, the heavier you'll be. But since you're possibly losing weight at the same time, you're staying the same weight.
Also, imo, it's better to lose centimeters rather than weight(if you're at a normal weight, anyway). That's what I'd like to do, anyway. I'm happy sitting on or around 60kgs, as long as I don't look it. xD

RAR. WHAI SO MUCH WALKING. I hafta walk from George Street, aaaaaaall the way to the Uni, then aaaaaaall the way through the Uni to the Polytech. x.x My calves are KILLING me. I sat at the bottom of the hill my house lives on for a good half hour waiting for my mum to pick me up(because she offered, not cos it would have killed my legs. XD).
On an upside, I'm probably toning a lot more. Or at least my legs. So if all this excercise makes me look good, I don't mind!! Razz

@RMD: When I was on the pill (not as a contraceptive though), I gained about 8 kilos in a month and a half. I was underweight, so it seemed fine, but I have super-light bones, so it wasn't actually healthy. It took about four months to lose it again, and I was super annoyed at the doctor for giving it to me, especially when I found out that it caused migraines. And at the same time she gave me the meds, I also got new migraine meds. So for a month and a half I had about three migraines a week. Horrible.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I weigh 67 Kg but I don't look it, I look much smaller than that (Around 60 kg), according to my Doctor I'm in the healthy weight range for my height (I'm 5'3). I'm mostly trying to tone up, get a flat stomach and reduce the saddlebags around my hips and thighs. I definitely don't want to get too skinny as I like my curves, I'm going try to not think about the kilos too much and stop when I'm satisfied with the way I look. nodnod
