UPDATE!

We have decided on the times and location.

Official time will be 1pm - 4pm. You should come before 1pm (around 12.30) though to enjoy the picnic/mingle with other people as after 1pm we will begin the events/games.

Just to clarify: This doesn't mean lolyouhavetocomeandeatearly. It just means that if you want to come and chill a bit before we start doing stuff and eat and laze about, do it. No doubt our activities won't take up the whole time so there will probably be time for that then too. I think we'd just prefer this to the shared lunch we generally do, as that ends up a bit messy. <:
