Omg. No Shiki thread? WHAT IS THIS ATROCITY?

Have you heard of it? Do you like horror? BLOOD SUCKING REAL VAMPIRE HORROR?
Okay. I digress. It's not that scary compared to Ito Junji's works (omg Gyo ♥) but quite scary nonetheless.

Actually I first started reading the series last year. I think they only had like... 5 chapters up D: I come back to it a year later and there is like.... 198347923 chapters. *goes through it like a wooden village on fire*

When it came out it was immediately on my to watch list due to the fact it was written by Fuyumi Ono, the author of The Twelve Kingdoms and Ghost Hunt, both series in which I enjoyed, so I watched Shiki the moment I could.

I can't say I liked it immediately, but once the ball got rolling on it, I got really into it. On a side note, it would be a mission to make wigs for cosplaying most of these characters.
