It wasn't the venue that was the problem, it was the dates cuz of the RWC.

As JVCA said, most venues would be tied up. So would most accommodation and transport, etc.

Please remember though that there may be time table changes before then, and that doesn't mean the Cup is presented that day. Determining Auckland, NZ and transTasman on one day was a little bit too much.

Hoping to speak one on one with the organisers in Aussie for the first two events of the year.

They also do a lot of prep work outside of what we see at the convention so that they are able to do it quickly.

+ dates this year mean only 2-day geddon for me + probably more crowds on sat/sunday.
Not very impressed, but generally unimpressed with RWC as it changed school term dates too (12 week first term, what is that?)
