Keen~! ~~At first was unsure 'cause I didn't receive anything last time but then I remembered how pleased the person I got was with their gift - that alone made me really happy. >w<~~

Nub question here, since I only joined CNZ at the start of this year, how does this secret santa work? It sounds fun but I'm not sure about the details lol.

Everyone who signs up is randomly given a person to give or make a gift for (it can be some small thing, chocolate, a hand made plushie, etc (pretty much anything), and then you post it off to your person when you are finished.

And the way we did it last year was we got everyone to send us a little list of the stuff the like (like, anime/game series, colours, things in general), etc. So the person has an idea of what their person likes to make it easier for them C:

may be a little harsh but uh... how about the people who never sent gifts out are blacklisted from this years?

Maybe to a lesser extent and to kind of build on JVCA's, they could be assigned each other/put on a seperate list?
(Also, would people who gave their gift to their person late also be counted? 8D;;)

EDIT; By build on JVCA's I mean so that the people who missed out last year don't get assigned another person who wouldn't send them a gift XD

EDIT EDIT; Just so it's not excluding people, but so it's fair to the people who do give their gifts in.

I like Cacti's solution - a blacklist, a whitelist and a newlist? And people can be moved off the blacklist if they pull through this year? Very Happy

I like cacti's idea :3 It means that everyone gets a gift... or doesn't but it's fair, so i like it!

I say, don't penalize people who sent gifts late. Cyren was late on mine, but he made up for it with an awesome gift C:

Did the main page for last year's get updated with people who got gifts? The likeliness of me even figuring out who had who is low ... I CAN'T REMEMBER WHO I HAD 8DD;;

Please no! Because I'm in Singapore, I usually only arrive in NZ either right before or right after christmas so I can only send it then (therefore it is late)

So how is this going to work? As in is this going to be part of the Yuletide contest or not (I couldn't see anything about it in the last few pages)? When will it start?
