Flat chest :/

I've decided to (at some point in the future) cosplay as Misaki Yamamoto from Hatsukoi Limited >_<

Problem is, Misaki is rather... well-endowed. Not to the hentai extent of "well endowed" but certainly bigger than my poor chest stare

this is why I crossplay....

Barring waiting another 5 or so years to "develop" (the immature part of me [no pun intended] is lol'ing at how awkward this seems to post) does anyone know any ways to make the bust look bigger?

"Stuffing" is too hilarious an idea for me.

=O Damn, her chest is like mine. Uhm, I'd say just do her school uniform, since it's all covered up, you could just stuff your bra, yes :3

Padded bra? Or um, those chicken fillet thingys [like...the things you put in your bra which increase your cup size.]

But with the school uniform, I don't think it'll be too obvious if your boobs aren't absolutely ginarmous?

Wonder-bra. They have built in padding on the under-side so your boobs look about twice the size. There are non-Wonderbra bra's that have adjustable amounts of filling in them as well. But the important trick with these is that the filling is on the underside, pushing your boob up. So from the outside, it looks like you just have big boobs.
