I haven't heard back from TheDiscarded yet, I did send him the email yesterday. I'd probably give him till maybe end of the week to reply before I consider striking him off the list.

The email I sent details the account to pay to, how much he owes and the deadline of payment.

Edit: Copied reminder for anyone that's skipping straight to the end and might have missed it.
Everyone else: Tomorrow is the cut off for any quick changes. After that the ACB is likely to be 'difficult'. Changes are still possible for the next week, but you'd better have a good excuse. Also if you still owe money, start getting it to me ASAP. The banks can take up to 2 days to transfer, and you have 2 days of weekends between now and then, so you have about 4 working days left after that to sort your money out (by 16th Oct).

Is it too still too late to join ACB? ^_^; My excuse is that I'm new to these forums, I only know a few cosplayers here whom I chat with online after meeting them at Chchgeddon. I plan on staying for four nights Fri 24th - Mon 27th October, I'd love to stay with you guys if you'll have me, I can pay immediatly so let me know, thanks! ^_^

I don't see a problem with it, you'll need to be quick on the payment tho. If IcyRose is cool with it aswell transfer the 4 nights worth ($23.40/night) to the account in the first post. If you can't manage for it all in one hit get what you can to me (minimum 20%), with the rest before the end of next week. Since it's a group booking they need it to be paid in full on checkin, so I'm collecting the money from everyone and will be paying sorting it out when I arrive. I assume you were wanting to stay in the dorms, rather than a private room? If it's private room the pricing changes, but we till get 10% discount as part of the group booking.

IcyRose - can you post your opinion tomorrow (Thurs), and if you're cool with it we'll get her to put it through Thursday day, and it should still hopefully clear by Friday.

RainbowMoonDust - if you're still keen and it was the dorms you were interested in, try to get the bank transfer out of the way today. As IcyRose said, as long as you can pay before the deadline. Razz

My later thoughts on TheDiscarded, seeing as I outlined to him the final deadline on when things should be paid (in both email and PM), perhaps it's probably better to cut him off the list if he fails to pay by the final deadline.

Just in case he ends up paying before the deadline but after we considered striking him off.

Just to keep it up to date, also touched base with ACB again today, sounds like we're back to dealing with Anne-Marie on the group booking, but looks like there's no problems so far, plus they're fine with the private rooms checking in on the Thursday (day earlier than myself or any of the others). Have also offered to stop by early AM on the 20th if they need me to sign anything or swipe the card through etc, since I'll be passing through Auckland on the way to Whangarei.

Cool, no problem, is tomorrow okay to deposit the the money? (Has just got home from work and seen this post) I can pay all in one hit. Found the bank details you mentioned but it doesn't say which bank it is, can you let me know on that, thanks! ^_^

K, It's ASB Bank, but most people just do online banking transfers. If you're not set up for it then yeah, you can do it at an ASB branch aswell. Just make sure you note the correct account and suffix.

Well, call me surprised. I have a deposit for the full amount in the account labelled 'TheDiscarded'. I also got a number from Aura for him that might be current, will txt him today anyway to check if it is.

Thanks, Seraphik told me anyway ^^ It'll be a manual deposit as I don't have my (New) credit card set up yet. (Still need to set up a pin only just arrived). I'll reference my real name (Emma) so you know who it's from and I'll post here tonight after I've made payment, cheers! :)

Also Nikora has come back to me for herself + 1 in the dorms. She's transferring the money this weekend to me, I know her outside the forums anyway, so am classing her as confirmed.

But yeah, most of the people I don't know so well have paid up now, so it's just chasing in general to make sure noone manages to forget and spend it elsewhere. As long as it's there by Friday it's fine, but obviously the sooner the better would also be good given the banks transfer times.
