Otherwise I would suggest craft foam, clay or similar. Maybe a glowing paint? |

Tammy actually melted hot glue gun sticks together for some horns recently. So surprisingly that did make sense to me.

I hadn't thought of hot-melt. It might work quite well.
Otherwise I was considering silicone caulking adhesive. There are various formulations and it's quite cheap. |
