Need help for death note cosplay! T.T (matt)

(hoping this is the right place to post this, I am sorry if it's not!)

Okay, so I'm planning on doing matt (obviously like the title says) from death note, and I'm completely stuck.

I've got most of the clothing done e.g pants, gloves, goggles, striped top...well really everything but the hair/wig. I have quite long hair, and can't get it cut. (sadly) so i need to find a red wig suitable for matt and I'm having way too mch trouble! I don't think i can use any sites from overseas, because I can't pay for it if its online, out of Nz. E.g things like tradme are fine. I -cough- have to get my mum too buy me things online (don't worry i give her money >.>) -cough-

since im too young for a paypal and don't have any other way. I think the highest i can spend is like $50 more or less.
Please help ;_; I'd appreciate it. thanks for taking to time to read!

If you really can't find a wig of the correct colour, maybe it would be easier to find one on TradeMe/buy off someone else(?) and dye it? There's a wig-dying tutorial over at the Hair/Wig/Makeup section 8)
