Are we still using wire on the tops?
I was helping my grandma garden today and she was using this gardening wire to hold up plants which might work well for the tops. It's pretty strong and is covered in green foam (squishy!) it comes in rolls from garden stores but I have no idea what it is called. I plan on adventuring to a hardware store and finding out. It came in packs of 10m (for $12 i think) so we could buy a roll each for each city or something.
It might have been asked already (I read the whole thread but can't remember T__T) but what is the recommended material for these?

... i need to read back, i'm not sure what we decided. i think it might've been a no and to go without wire for the sake of easy transport/construction for those that haven't sewn as much? but of course it's open to discussion because this is so far away.

i'm thinking non-pill polar fleece, at least for the head/top/gloves. leggings can be tights or whatever, because wearing fleece leggings would probably kill you from heat.

... There are going to be a lot of people having trouble getting through doors/causing traffic problems/taking people out as they turn around quickly/etc.
And getting all 25 or so in one photo is going to take a bit of work...

And unless anyone can think of an easy way to cut out multiple circles out of fabric and sew them on nicely, I think I'm going to paint on June's circles o' joyous doom.

i would say 60-70 if you already have shoes/leggings. <: the foam mats are about $20-30, and fleece is usually $10/m or under and you'd need about 3-4 meters.

I have a question: Would it be okay if I made my head piece thing out of paper mache? My budget is super tight (like I've said many times xD) so I'm being pretty paranoid with my money.

Actually, paper mache might be way too weak. Suggestions?

@lumissne; what i did when i needed to make a round head was get two massive salad bowls from the warehouse (plastic ones), punched out the bottom for my head and covered it in foam. then i covered it in fabric. it's cheapo. 8D
