Just wanting to know where you can buy manga ( im looking for a shop not to buy online from one seller) and firgues also. sorry if this should be under auckland cosplayers itself. Or a thread like this has already been made. please help me and if you know what street it is on also will be a big help. -thanks |

| There is a Borders store on Queen Street. There is also Graphic Novel Cafe. I'm sure others can elaborate more on it.
For figures and anime, you can go to Vagabond - which is in the same building as Borders. _________________

| Whitcoulls has started to stock the first volumes of some manga series (basics like Ouran, FMA, Loveless, Hellsing) - but if you want to get more than volume 1, you'll need to order it. The plus side of ordering from Whitcoulls is that with some of them it's cheaper than buying from Borders (depends on the series as to whether it's cheaper or not), but you do have to wait a couple of weeks as we have to get it in from the states. :< Really the best thing to do is ring around a few stores and get them to check how much it'll be, then get it from whoever's the cheapest. xD _________________

| I'm not entirely sure; My branch does, and I believe the Queen Street branch does, but it MAY only be the A stores (the big big stores) that will be stocking it... All of them should be able to order it for you though. _________________
