does anyone know where i can buy one like that for a reasonably low price? the quality doesnt have to be outstanding or anything just solid : P. or how i could go about making one? out of wood? craft foam?

Tried dollar shops? You could use a Xmas candy cane toy thing as a base? Plus you get to eat the candy... ufufufu... //bricked

Yea, they've got canes at places like 2Cheap. not sure if they're ones with the top like that though.

well, i tried some of the 1,2,3 and just 2 dollar shops but to no avail T^T. theres still heaps of time i guess : P. quite like the christmas candy cane toy idea mwehehe

You can get gaint candy canes with jelly beans in them from the warehouse. You could get the head off that and stick on a peice of dowling

They had giant candy canes minus the candy at Spotlight recently, theyd just need painting.
