Zombieland

I cant count the number of times this film made me jump out of my seat-but it was probably less than the number of times it made me laugh.

It's not particularly deep, nor does it pretend to be anything other than what it is-a shameless comedy-horror film, and you know? It succeeds magnificently. And amazingly, you can actually sympathises with the characters. Tallahassee is win.

I really, really want to know the entire Zombie Survival rule list now....

Also, Bill Murray. BILL MURRAY. HELL YES.

So-who else has seen it?

I LOVE IT WITH A BURNING PASSION! I love all the rules, and the way they put them into the landscape.

I don't like zombies, but I do like humour zombie movies. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as Shaun of the Dead, but It was! <3

And I actually love the explanations for why the virus started and what it was (although brief, but really it isn;t the point of the movie, is it?), and why each of the characters had survived so far. Columbus is an awesome narrator Very Happy

I want to see this so bad. I still have so many movies to tick of my list this holiday season.

I will see it, eventually! It sounds great, and anything in the vein of the Evil Dead movies/Planet Terror/Shaun of the Dead gets my instant approval.

I know! I went in to see it thInking "They're no way they can top Shaun of the Dead, All this will be is a mediocre attempt to replicate its success and awesome, oh well, I'll humour Romana and see it anyway..."

I LOVED this movie.

I convinced my tutor to let us watch it in Theory Class (we were going to watch Grave of the Fireflies)....we of course used our 100% legit copy *Shifty eyes*

This movie was great, fulfilled my need for some zombie killing action, and had me laughing almost the whole way through.

I saw it ~~before it hit the cinemas here~~, and was rightfully amused. I was even biased against it to start with, becuase I take any movie selection by Paul with a grain of salt. But it was a good comedy, all up.
