Newbie needing cosplay friends in Chch ^^;

I've been to Armageddon Expo in Christchurch 2 times and want to go again next year, I'm eager to meet other cosplayers from Chch and make new friends =^.^=
aswell as some advice on how to cosplay better and possibly some help

I'll just be sticking to the Christchurch one ^^

Hey does anyone know how i could get my hands on a Yuki Cross cosplay day class uniform from Vampire knight?
I really want one but they aren't selling on on Trademe.co.nz
so i don't know how else i'm gona get one T~T

Welcome~ :3 We 12/13yr olds are extremely harmless so have a cookie!

For the day class uniform you could always just try and make it or edit a black jacket and get a black skirt, school blouse, knee high black socks and there! You're done! You could alwaus edit it but hand but I have hand horrible experiences with hand sewing a day class uniform -shudders-

Well they talked me into it. I met some of the people on the forums, which is good. I will definately be at ChCh Geddon. I have been going to do this costuem for three years. Now there is a novice competition then I have said I will enter. As for the cosyumes, there are overseas sites. But the best is to learn to sew, and we have some sewing meets, but like probably not enough before ChCh Geddon maybe. If you intend to commission someone to make them there is a marketplace subforum, just start a thread, or browse for people who take commissions. A very good one is static, and there are a few others in the North Island. And locally you may be able to ask Mandie or Ze Pervy Kappa? Just send them a private message and ask if they are doing commisions.
