Im not too sure. Youll have to talk to Rowan, Duckeh and Kagerouhi. I wasnt at ACP09 as I was in Malaysia haha....

The only real issue was people not drinking enough~ Even though we do/did provide water & cups. D: Hence why this year we're also asking you to bring your own drink bottle.

There were a few who felt faint & had to sit out for awhile. Nobody actually fainted~ C:

Hmm i dont have any light or cool coloured cosplays made. Beach Itachi or School Rebel Itachi is something i can do seeing as i have a school uniform for a guy that i used last year for school.

Please take note of the "Bring a plate of food per group or person." rule.
By plate, we mean sealed container.
Sealed. Container.
You don't want bugs and birds eating the food now, do you? Also absolutely NO CHIPS. No 'easy food to buy'. Baked food is encouraged :3

Fairy bread is perfectly fine. ;D Pretty much anything homemade/baked finger food in an icecream container is good. C:

@Bloo: We've had issues where people brought too much food XD;; So I would prefer if you are in a group, you bring one or two containers for your group.

@Seph: Jelly slices? Preferably not as it'll be difficult to pick up.

It's OK if you come in Lolita and stuff, since it's casual/street cosplay. And if you think you're gonna overheat in a wig, you don't have to wear it. :3
