ATTN: People with Mugen

| I only do this once a year, but I release a lot of stages on my birthday. I just thought I'd share with you people. Hi-Res Mugen or Mugen plus are needed to fully enjoy these stages.

16 Stages this year. Most of them don't have BGMs. So here they all are:
Ones in Red are animated and have music
Ones in Blue have music and have no animations
Ones in Green are animated and have no music

Fuyuki City - Night:
Now I've noticed that I didn't add the Shadows to that one. So in the def find where the y scale of the shadow is and change it to 0.4
