"Warcraft" Cosplay group idea

Ok, so here's my idea. I'm working on an EXTREMELY difficult cosplay outfit for an upcoming expo, it's highly unlikely though that I would get it done before April though, so I am aiming to get it done for the next auckland expo in october. I'm also considering the possibility of trying to organise a Warcraft cosplay group and am looking for people to fill 3 particular roles, mainly for a skit I had in mind, though if people want to cosplay other characters, the more the merrier.

The main characters I'm looking at getting cosplayed are:

1. Highlord Bolvar Fordragon - Commander of the Alliance Military, and impromptu leader of the Alliance (until the king returned) - Image of Bolvar
2. Saurfang the Younger - Commander of the Kor'kron Vanguard - Image of Saurfang
3. Grand Apothecary Putress - Leader of the Royal Apothecary Society - Image of Putress

Granted there is probably better reference pictures out there, those are the first ones I could find, I'll probably put up better ones a bit later.

As for who I am planning on cosplaying as... The Lich King! (You can see why it is going to be so time consuming, assuming I can keep up the perseverance needed to FINISH the thing...)

If anyone is interested in giving any of the 3 abovelisted characters a shot at cosplaying as, or doing a different character (female suggestions: Jaina Proudmoore, Sylvanas Windrunner... probably not Alexstrasza though... >_>;;) drop a reply in here, or drop me a PM so I can keep track of them. I give fair warning though that some of the outfits are VERY detailed, and may take substantial time and effort to complete.

The most time consuming part is going to be the part I'm currently working on, the chain mail undergarments since I'm custom-making the chainmail myself in my free time. It will definitely be worth it though if I can make a good job of it however.

The most COMPLICATED part however will probably be making a decent replica of his sword Frostmourne.

EDIT: *blinks* I actually didn't realise until just now that the VA for the lich king is going to be at the next expo... Talk about a coincidence >< Guess I'll HAVE to try to get it done for april =p

haha, jaina proudmoore do want. 8D unfortunately i don't know if i'll be there. but i hope your group goes well!

Making your own chainmail is MAJORLY taxing on your hands, I keep having to take a break from coiling the chainmail every 20 minutes or so or else my hands keep cramping up. I'd hate to think how professional mail-makers managed this back in the renaissance period... x_x

Seriously, though, there was an amazing WoW character at Wellygeddon last year. Just A-Mazing. It looked insanely difficult to make, but hey, what's life without a bit of a challenge?

Ahh Lich King awesome!
I want to do another WoW cosplay, the people and their outfits are so neat
but so expensive to make -_- Plus I have to fix my first one up

My Dad mentioned if you want the glowey eye effect, have the helmet on most of the time, add little LEDs around the eye area of the helmet and it'l look like its your eyes glowing?
