So, I am currently swamped under in Muse.

Literally. I made the mistake of downloading their discography. I have 100 songs by Muse. I am currently wading through and marking the ones I'm not so fond of for a culling, but I digress.

This is a thread about Muse. Fan spasm here.

On a whole, I am enjoying it. There are a few songs here and there than don't tickle my fancy, but I think that most of them will survive the culling.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT! My fav song of theirs~ Admittedly I haven't heard that many, but still, definitely one of my fav songs ever aktuly. And it was on my playlist whilst I was making my Cain cosplay Muse 65988

That is a great song. It's so... sexy, hehe.

I love Citizen Erased, that's probably my favourite song (I think it's on Origin of Symmetry?). I'm a biiig general fan though, most of their songs are good+. They were GREAT in concert ('07), can't wait to see them again at the BDO this year!!

I still haven't listened to all of the Muse on my playlist as yet. I find that any concerted attempt to listen to them ends with me in a bad mood (is it just me, or is alot of their music rather morose in tone? Fine in small doses, but I find it depressing in large amounts).

So I am just picking, choosing and deleting as Winamp decides to have my listen to them. I think my favourite song is Knights of Cydonia, but that is subject to change~

Their latest album is alright, but I reckon Black Holes and Revelations was the best.
(Faves: Knights of Cydonia, Map of the problematique, Stockholm Syndrome, Hysteria, and their cover of "feeling good".)

Oddly enough, my mum introduced me to them. I got in the car one day and there was Supermassive Black Hole blaring out of the stereo. Muse 95428

And she was like: "I heard some of their songs on C4 so I bought the whole album."

Black Holes and Revelations is definitely my favourite album of theirs - or so I would think given that all of my favourites are off that one. XD

I adore Muse, their music is wonderful.

The author of twilight might have made their fandom a little bigger than before by talking about it in her novels,
but it's kind of disgusting in a way now, I know people who like Muse simply because of twilight.

1 i've heard of this band 2, havent HEARD their stuff and 3 i don't bother with twilight i've seen it twice and as cute as the STORY is i gave up, cause if you REMOVE the vampirism? its' a great cute high school romance story... >_> add emo+politicalcorrectness+sparkles+bling= EDWARD

I give the band kudos, ti's a good name.. it implies to me that it's "MUSE" is "MUSIC" and thats a great way to imply Razz

I think it's closer really to being inspired by something like a poet or musician or lyricist, as a muse. This is literally, being used as a word.

Though it is certainly like that.
